- estimate your Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP) and work out your qualifying week
- estimate your Maternity Allowance if you don’t qualify for SMP

Healthy Start scheme

Pregnant women (over 10 weeks pregnant) may be eligible for Healthy Start vouchers to help buy milk, fresh or frozen fruit and vegetables and formula milk. They will also be eligible for free vitamins. To qualify you must either be under 18 and pregnant or in receipt of some income based benefits. To see if you are eligible visit the website.
